Standard US shipping (excluding AK, HI and PR) is a flat $15 for all orders.
Shipping times vary depending on the state of residence. Orders will typically be delivered between 3-10 business days from the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees on international orders.
Designer Revival will attempt to accommodate special requests for shipping, however, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand our shipping procedures.
Once an order is submitted for processing, it is considered FINAL SALE unless Seel Return Assurance is added to your order. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a full refund. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here. Otherwise, we do not accept returns on handbags, clothing, shoes and accessories. If you receive a defective item or would like additional proof of authenticity, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request within 2 days of receipt.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund due to defects, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If you made a purchase with an installment plan (i.e. Klarna, AfterPay), please visit their website or reach out to their customer service team for more information on refund process.
All other return/exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not grant a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. We are always happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos before you place your order to ensure you are making a fully informed purchase and to help minimize any hassle to you.
